About Me

Hello! My name is Erika, and I am a GIS professional passionate about using cartography and data visualization to make complex topics more accessible. I graduated with a master’s degree in GIS from Clark University, following a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the Ohio State University. Since then, I’ve worked with GIS in local and federal government, as well as the non-profit sector. I’m drawn to this work because it combines data-driven analysis with design and communication, allowing for artistic freedom that shares meaningful information. Outside of GIS, I love hiking, reading, traveling, and practicing yoga 🏔️📖🧘🏻‍♀️
